Please do not fall for this scam. It is unusable, glitchy, and can not edit absolutely anything inside "studio". Absolute lie, I've never seen that bad app, I wish you all the worst and hope no one will ever buy your subscription. You should be ashamed of yourself. Whole team should be ashamed what garbage are you promoting and scamming people all over the world. If i could give you 0 stars I absolutely would. You don't deserve even 0 star. constant export errors, audio shifts even on 10second clips, there is no way to explain how frustrating the experience is. I need to deliver shorts to client, I only get issues day in and day out. Also the controls are clunky and page is painfully slow. Support just says 'well...we'll fix it someday', it's over a year and they have not fixed a single issue. they just keep adding stuff and changing interface all the time and it works even worse now. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/captions.ai

I originally felt this app was a strong 4 stars out of 5 but I just went to edit something I've been working on for a while and noticed some changes. Basically the ability to see segments of text in that page sort of format has been done away with(?). It makes the playback laggy now. Scrolling through the words has a strong stick to them so that's also clunky. It also feels like it messes with the timing of the audio as well. Overall, it's a change that has impacted productivity and workflow. Before it was more satisfying.
